At A Glance

Located just off of Route 3 (Map) is our historic property on 9 acres across from Lake Winnisquam (winter view only), available for rent at the back of our property is our quaint Cottage. We are close to antique and outlet shops, public beaches and mountains (Activities).

Rates

$75 night per night with a 2 night minimum and $100 deposit required with signed agreement

BINDENWOOD

Small Bedrooms and ¾ Bathroom

Bedroom with double bed. This is the larger of the two bedrooms. It comes complete with linens, a dresser, two night tables with lights. There is no closet in the cottage so there is no clothing storage other than the dressers in the bedrooms.

Very small Bedroom with a twin bed. It is equiped with linens, dresser and writing desk. There is no closet, however.

The ¾ bath has a shower stall, plush towels, and basic toiletries (even vintage shampoo and soap -- thanks to many business trips in a past life).
